Merchant Helpdesk
An experienced and customer focused technical support team based in the UK to answer any questions or resolve any issues customers may have with any Commidea product or service. The Merchant Helpdesk operate 364 days a year (not open christmas day) and operate 7 days a week. Opening hours are as follows: -
- Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 20:00
- Saturday - 09:00 - 20:00
- Sunday - 10:00 - 17:00

Customer Services
A dedicated team of experienced personnel; acting as a hub working with every area of Commidea to assist with the resolution of any non-technical issues a customer may encounter with any product or service.
Commidea have a holistic approach to good customer service, endeavouring at all times to maintain a high standard for all customers. As such Commidea are constantly reviewing all processes to provide and support excellent customer service.

Systems Management Division
The back-bone of Commidea's solutions is the advanced card processing infrastructure that is fully PCI DSS certified. To ensure optimum processing performance, the processing systems at both Commidea's dual data centres in the UK are pro-actively maintained and monitored on-site 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The added resilience of having multiple data centres ensure that effective contingency is in place to consistently authorise and process transactions.
Project Management
Ensuring successfully delivery of any Commidea solution is the responsibility of Commidea's dedicated Project Management team. The experienced team can manage a wide range of projects from the roll out of any Commidea card payment solution to upgrading a large terminal estate.
Implementations
To remove the concern of implementing a card payment processing solution, Commidea have a knowledgable team of Implementation Engineers that can install and test any card payment solution. Whether this is to manage a large high street retailer's roll out, install a Chip & PIN solution at an independent retailer or integrate with an online retailer's website, we have the expertise to deliver the perfect solution.
