Commidea introduces new Customer Services Team
Due to its continuous expansion, leading card payment processing solution supplier Commidea continues to show its competitors that it is one step ahead by creating an entirely new department to further enhance customer service. With over 40,000 Ocius terminals out in the market, a new dedicated Customer Service Team is in place to ensure every Commidea customer continues to enjoy a first class service.
The new Customer Service Team, comprising of 12 members of staff, perform three important functions including welcome desk, front line and general complaint management. Together, the team enables Commidea to have visibility of any issues raised, resolve them in a timely and effective manner and make the necessary improvements to prevent re-occurrence.
The welcome desk function of the Customer Service Team pro-actively contact customers to arrange terminal delivery dates and, when delivered, ensure they are comfortable with its operation. This not only ensures Commidea customers are satisfied with the terminal, but also able to perform the main functions such as processing transactions and refunds and eliminate any initial concerns and issues.
The Customer Services Team will be trained to be proficient in complaint handling and management and will deal with financial, product, service and general complaints. They will also be the customer's first point of contact should they have a technical enquiry which the Customer Services Team will try to resolve themselves. Should the complaint be of a more complex technical nature, these calls will be directed to Commidea’s Merchant Helpdesk for further analysis.
